Physical Training (exercising or working out) may be obvious for fitness and mental clarity, but I found that carving out two hours per day towards training changed my life in fantastic and exponential ways.
I had worked out either regularly or sporactically over the years, always understanding the benefits and always enjoying my body and performance more when I was in-shape. The difference is now I demand that I train everyday. I always WANT to train everyday because now I love it. I need it. If I do not spend the two hours per day towards exerting physcial energy I somehow loose those two hours and I cannot account for them. I never gain two hours when I do not workout. Somehow, those hours are lost.
I have a very interesting training schedule. It keeps me motivated.
