S U N S O A K I N G

Sunsoaking. For at least 20 minutes everyday (weather permitting), I expose myself to the rays of the sun. Ready for this? With NO sunscreen.

No sunglasses, just wearing regular clothing, I face the sun and allow it to just soak in. I do not look at the sun. I usually read during this period. Many sun soakers do this during a break at work or at lunch; they do not apply sunscreen. 20 minutes of sun exposure is extremely good for you. The sun has so many benefits, including hard to obtain vitamins. Sunscreen can block some of the important rays.


My mood is elevated, I feel a surge of energy (because the sun is where we get our energy) and I received good and crucial doses of vitamin D. There are other very cool reasons to sunsoak on a daily basis.
